Refund Policy

If you are a new customer, you can request a refund for any reason within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After the Refund Period, all sales are final and non-refundable.

To receive a business website, you must complete a questionnaire about your business. If you have not completed the questionnaire, you will not receive the website. However, you can request a refund within the Refund Period, regardless of whether or not you have completed the questionnaire and received the website.

If we fail to deliver the website within 7 days of your completing the questionnaire, your Refund Period will be extended based on the number of days the delivery was delayed. For instance, if we deliver your business website 9 days after you completed the questionnaire, your Refund Period would be extended by 2 days.

In case you purchase the Pro or E-commerce package, the refund will include the full amount, except for the custom domain name cost. If you have not selected a custom domain name, you will be refunded the entire amount.
